At SIPS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as damaged or dented cans or missing items, please contact us promptly at Info@lovesips.net. We will work with you to resolve the issue based on the specific circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please note that SIPS does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases where:
The delivery is returned due to an insufficient address, or
Damage occurred during transit.
Damaged Deliveries:
For any cans that arrive damaged, please provide:
A clear photo of the packing slip.
A clear photo of the damaged item/s.
We will:
Replace the quantity of damaged cans if more than 3 cans are affected, or
Issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the damaged cans if less than 3 cans are damaged.
Please note, we cannot send singular cans if fewer than 3 cans have been damaged. In this case, we will provide either a partial refund or future credit.
Missing Deliveries:
In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us at Info@lovesips.net, and we will work with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.
